Notorious widower Chad Daybell condemned to death for the haunting murders of his first wife and the two innocent children of his second bride.

In a shocking turn of events, Idaho doomsday author Chad Daybell has been sentenced to death for his involvement in the murders of his first wife, Tammy Daybell, and his second wife’s two youngest children, Joshua “JJ” Vallow and Tylee Ryan. The jury found Daybell guilty of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, and insurance fraud. The sentence was handed down two days after the guilty verdict. The Tammy Douglas Daybell Foundation expressed gratitude for the support and love received during this difficult time and stated that they can start to heal from their losses. Prosecutors painted Daybell as an individual infatuated with apocalyptic thoughts, calling people “zombies” and “dark spirits.” The children’s remains were found on Daybell’s property in Fremont County, Idaho, and it is believed that he hid them between September 2019 and June 2020. Tammy Daybell’s death was initially considered to be from natural causes, but an autopsy later revealed that she was killed by asphyxiation in a homicide. Daybell and his wife, Lori Vallow, were indicted on murder charges and other related offenses in 2021. Vallow was convicted last year and received multiple life sentences without the possibility of parole. The case began in 2019 when worried family members reported the children missing, leading to a police investigation. Authorities accused Daybell and Vallow of lying to police and failing to cooperate in the investigation. The couple eventually fled to Hawaii but were later apprehended. Court documents revealed that Joshua’s body was buried in a pet cemetery, and Tylee’s remains were dismembered and burned in a fire pit.
